Stocked items are usually sent the same day if the order is received by midday Monday- Friday. During busy times and when we run sales there maybe a delay of a day or 2.

Not happy with your purchase :(
No problem you can exchange it or return it to us for a store credit.
A few things first.
1. You may only return an item within 30 days of receiving.
2. You must still have all the original packaging and the item must be in a brand new re-sellable condition.
3. A few items can't be returned: DVD's, Underwear, Facemasks, Items marked as "Special Order" or "Clearance"
4. That's it! Now all you need to do is contact us with your order number and request an RMA and we will email you the return instructions.
