Full-Time Retail Store Manager - Downunder Pilot Shop

 Are you passionate about aviation and retail management? Downunder Pilot Shop is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead the retail side of our business!

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee all daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage, train, and motivate our dedicated retail staff.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure outstanding customer experiences for our aviation community.
  • Help Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Help manage ecommerce orders
  • Work with the owners to develop and grow the business.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in retail management (preferably 2+ years).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in aviation is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude.

This role would suit some interested in aviation management or a pilot who is no longer flying etc. We are looking for someone to join us long term as we have big expansion plans in place! Role could also include travel in the near future.
