Some manufacturers offer an extended warranty up to 5 years.

Replacement parts are no longer available for the Bose X Headset.
If you have a problem with your Bose X Headset please contact Bose, they will offer to service and if possible fix the headset.

The product will need to be returned to GARMIN to be repaired or replaced.
You will need to Contact Garmin Technical Support to receive an RMA number.

Ensure watches and accessories being sent out for warranty assessment are securely packaged. We are not responsible for damage sustained in transit due to poor packaging.
Have you tried updating the software on your watch? this will fix numerous problems.
If the battery is the problem please check the type. Suunto recommends Maxell batteries. Many generic batteries have a voltage lower than advertised, and are not strong enough to power Suunto products, and can impact performance.
