Allows you to use a Bose A20 panel powered headset in a helicopter with a U-174/U that is not specifically wired with a 6-pin Redel connector. Simply plug your 6-pin Redel connector from the Bose A20 to this adapter and you'll have a single U-174/U that can be used in most civilian helicopters. Adapter measures 12" long
