This multinational space station orbits the earth more than 15 times a day and has done so for over 20 years. The project is remarkable not just for its engineering, but also for overcoming the politics of the very different nations. If conditions are right, you might be able to look to the sky tonight and see it. The next best thing is to make your own model to admire at any time.
Metal Earth kits consist of ultra-thin flexible steel sheets with laser-cut parts. No gluing or soldering is required – just pop out the pieces and connect using tabs and slots. The Premium Metal Earth models are larger than the standard sized models and feature more detail with increased accuracy.
