The Author Written by Captain Mike Becker – one of Australia’s most experienced helicopter instructors with eighteen years experience and over 10,000 flight instructor hours. He has over 15,000 total flight hours, and is a recipient of the “Captain John Ashton Award for Flight Standards and Aviation Safety” by the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators of London. Mike Becker has been operating a helicopter flight school since 1995. As Chief Pilot and Chief Flight Instructor, Mike is operating a fleet of over 20 helicopters and employing a team of more than 30 instructors who deliver over 10,000 training hours per year with 2,000 of these hours NVG specific. What can be returned?
All your products are returnable, except for the usual exceptions, DVD's, underwear, software, all Jeppesen electronic and paper chart products and any products marked as "Special Order".
Refunds
We do not offer refunds if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. But you are able to exchange unwanted items for store credit.
