Celebrate aviation heritage with our newest release, C-5 PlaneTags. Each PlaneTag is a piece of history, sourced from the iconic Lockheed C-5 Galaxy aircraft, symbolizing decades of strategic airlift capability and global service.
Serial number 70-0451 was the 65th C-5A of 81 produced, entering service at Charleston Air Force Base in 1972 and later stationed at Travis Air Force Base until 1992. It then served at Kelly Field Annex, Texas, and participated in missions such as Operation Nickel Grass and Antarctic research. Retired in 2017 with 24,656.9 flight hours, it was preserved by MotoArt and Travis AFB in 2024 as PlaneTags, honoring its storied service.
The Lockheed C-5 Galaxy has played a pivotal role in aviation history, known for its unmatched size and capacity in transporting oversized cargo worldwide. From military deployments to humanitarian missions, the C-5 Galaxy continues to embody strength, reliability, and innovation in air mobility.

If you are not absolutely happy with your purchase you have 30 days to return the item(s) back to us for an exchange or store credit.

What can be returned?
All your products are returnable, except for the usual exceptions, DVD's, underwear, software, all Jeppesen electronic and paper chart products and any products marked as "Special Order".
Refunds
We do not offer refunds if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. But you are able to exchange unwanted items for store credit.
